Lila Molino
It’s no secret that I’m a massive fan of Chef Shaw and Lila Taqueria. Like many others, I have been (patiently) waiting for the launch of Lila Molino, located at the (increasingly) bustling Al Serkal. Unlike the sister Lila Taqueria, Lila Molino operates with multiple functions, including a grocery, concept store, co-working space, and restaurant — a very smart move in the microcosm of this part of town. Particularly intelligent is being open for breakfast (and with a corresponding menu). We had the opportunity to try just a few dishes at the soft launch, but looking at the menu, I see there is plenty I want to go back and try (steak and eggs, I see you and I *will* have you).
Would I return to Lila Molino? Yes, and I plan to do so with Poppy (as it’s a dog-friendly location). There are also plenty of other local restaurants and establishments to support close by (see Kokoro belo…
