Zinn

To be in the food industry is to have friends in hospitality — and I love how creative my friends are! Dalia recently opened Zinn café at both the Studio Republik and Fit Republik locations. The menu showcases Dalia’s global sense and style, and I walked out delighted and with my stomach and heart full. There is plenty to choose from, whether you feel healthy or want to indulge. I tried the crepes, two kinds of tartine, an incredibly generous gnocchi, and a vegan salad. Prices felt very in line with the market, and generous portions (I took home quite a bit of food).

Would I return to Zinn? Absolutely! And I wouldn’t hesitate for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This might be the new ‘easy’ spot (with parking!) to meet people.
