Rascals
Perhaps it’s my American self, but I’ve always found a significant lack of good sandwiches in Dubai. There, I said it. Thus, having heard a lot of good feedback about Rascals, I decided to put it at the top of the list. Reader, this was a great idea. Of the twenty or so sandwiches (all made with Hokkaido bread), we decided on the Morning Glory, AED40, and Hot Italian, AED65. And yes, before you ask, we decided to take three (!) sandwiches home (the Spicy Club, AED55, was our favorite, but I’m not kicking out the Weekender, AED45, either). Prices feel entirely in line for these very filling sandwiches.
Would I return to Rascals? Yes. In fact, I’m counting down until the second location opens at JLT (Cluster T).
