Baron
I like Expo, but I’m not always in a rush to visit. Let’s face it, it’s a bit of a commitment to get there, and I don’t love crowds. However, wanting to be a great hostess, with my parents in town, we found our way to the Expo site last week. After strolling through some of the pavilions, we decided to try the Lebanese export, Baron, located just off of Wasl Square.
Reader, we chose well.
Claiming “Mediterranean influenced, re-imagined classics, and innovative features,” the fit-out is cool and chic and a welcome place to relax from the crowds of Expo. After some discussion with the team, we decided to focus on vegetarian dishes (not intentionally). Did we also enjoy a beautiful bottle of Spanish wine at the staff’s suggestion? We did.
