The Lighthouse

It’s no secret I’ve been a fan of The Lighthouse for years. While the team isn’t reinventing anything with their latest location in Dubai Hills, they are delivering what they do well. Guests will find much of the usual menu (including the delicious baked feta, among other favorites) along with other options, including a slick cocktail menu. For our visit, the Bookers were sat in the slightly hidden private room, which I would also recommend reserving in advance (especially to impress out-of-town guests). While the interior is my favorite in Dubai Hills (finally, someone has allowed a restaurant to have actual SPACE for their diners), my only issue is around smoking (who still allows this inside in 2024?) and the never-ending conundrum of the lack of toilets in restaurants in Dubai Hills (!).

Would I return to The Lighthouse? I would. In fact, I think a Light…
