I feel incredibly fortunate that 2024 brought me a lot (!) of international travel and that I was able to experience cuisine at some of the highest levels in the world. If you had asked me 12 months ago if I would’ve gone to half of these restaurants, I’m sure my answer would’ve been “not likely.”
Food writing/culinary content creation is a weird industry, and I am forever fortunate to receive the opportunities that I do. I don’t take any of these opportunities for granted, and I am always looking forward to my next meal or trip!
Top Three Meals of 2024:
