I started the week on a call with Chef Jason Atherton, and am very much looking ahead to filming with him in July at an extra cool location — tell you more when I can!
Otherwise, the week was a lesson in relaxation. Spending time with friends, knocking items off the to-do list, and simply recharging were all important steps. No matter where you are in the world, I hope you found some time to close your computer and not look at your inbox for a few days.

Best dishes in June? Honestly, it was a delightfully relaxed month. My top dishes include scallops from Alici, the duck quesadillas at Lila Taqueria, and the entire omakase experience at Robata. What were your top dishes? Anything memorable?
This weekend? Brunch at Josette! I honestly can’t wait.
Next week? A big one! I’m delighted to start the week with the Ossiano x El Celler De Can Roca collab on Monday. I’ll also be filming a few episodes for Dubai byFood — we’re visiting some of my favorite places, and I can’t wait for you to see the finished product.
