My last visit to The Experience by Reif Offman was six years ago (check out my original review from 2017). Still, I am no stranger to Chef Reif’s food (even if my most recent experience was a slightly disappointing meal at Ho Lee Kow). Thus, I was delighted to accept a recent invitation to the newly relaunched Experience in Dubai Hills. Given traffic is what it is in Dubai these days, I am genuinely interested in only going out to restaurants I fully support, and I was quite happy to have left the house (which isn’t always the case). I won’t give away everything, but the location of The Experience is unique and one-of-a-kind in the city. Reif still takes an omakase-style approach to the menu, which changes every month. This revolving menu keeps guests — old and new — interested in the latest courses and delicious dishes.
