With what felt like nearly every foodie in the city having already visited Teible (much like my overdue visit to Sucre), Hubs and I made our way across town for a recent weekend lunch. Teible (pronounced ‘Table’) is tucked away in the Jameel Arts Center, housed in an appropriately industrial fit-out (with some changes coming — a few snags remain, to be cleared over the summer). Honestly, I don’t mind the minimalism, and the soundtrack (close to our beloved LoFi Beats) is one of the best complements to a restaurant I’ve been to in a while).
