Before we get into determining the mad genius of Gaggan, let us first ask, what if India fell in love with Mexico? This idea is the culinary concept behind one of Chef Gaggan Anand’s latest ventures, Ms. Maria and Mr. Singh. And yes, the menu does exactly what it says on the tin. Located directly upstairs from the eponymous Gaggan, the restaurant offers plenty of vibes. For the record, after lunch at Sühring earlier in the day, I wouldn’t have been able to face another tasting menu, so I was delighted with the family-style approach, where I could have as much or as little as I wanted.
