Started the week on an absolute high note with a delivery from Home Bakery (have you tried their new frozen cookie range to make at home?) as well as a new at-home lymphatic massage from Solace Spa. Getting back from the States has never been so easy. #gifted
On Tuesday, I was over to the Tresind Studio x Sühring collab, which was an absolute treat, featuring all-new dishes from Chef Himanshu and a collection of beautiful plates from the Sühring team. You can check out the stunning meal here. #invited
I finished the week at Yava for lunch, located at Wasl 51. If you’re looking for something new to try this weekend, I’d love to point you in the direction of their Baked Feta with honey, easily split at AED46 (and simply delicious). #invited
To wrap things up, I’ll make a final request for Puppy Ball for any contributions from your clients or business. We are only successful because of the amazing Dubai community. In 2020, I think my network managed to contribute roughly AED20,000 in gifts and vouchers, and I’d really like to top that number this year.

This weekend? Trying to keep calm and finish up some ongoing projects. As with any holiday, we overdid things a bit, and my approach to Sober(ish) October is to slow down a bit (or, as much as possible during this very busy month). We also bought a ton of art in the States, which all need to be framed. With my beloved Art House closed (sobs), we’re off to try somewhere new.
Next week? Plenty of tempting invites, but I’m going to stick to the Carna event (and swinging by to see the lovely and talented Chef Sara beforehand at Fi’lia).
Wishing you patience and on time payments for the final three months of the year!
