A busy week finishing up our visit to the States. We had simply phenomenal weather throughout our many states and cities, and I feel so incredibly lucky — for several reasons, mainly the absolute privilege I have of traveling safely and in luxury when the world is falling apart. Also, as these weeks move forward, that my family remains safe is not something I take for granted. On the topic, while I still find myself without the right words, I sincerely appreciated this post from my friend Jen.

What were my favorite dishes in October? It was an absolute blur of a month, but some of the stand-out dishes include tater tots (multiple locations), the uni wrap from TERO, and many of the Cobb salads I enjoyed across the country. I know many heavy things are happening worldwide, but I would love to hear your favorite dishes this month.
This weekend? Laundry, picking up Pops (!!!), attempting to get over jet lag, and giving my liver a well-deserved break.
Next week? K9, meetings, and moving house! November is going to be hectic.
