Ahead of National Day, congrats to the UAE on 53 years!
On Wednesday, I had been looking forward to visiting FZN by Bjorn Franzen for weeks and was delighted to finally attend. The fit-out is unlike any other space in the city, with two unique dining spaces for guests. It genuinely feels like you are in a completely separate building. I donβt want to give away too much of the menu, but our favorite dishes were the langoustine and the chawanmushi (although there is plenty more to enjoy). If you get a chance, visit the wine room, and if anyone has some spare dizzles, consider this clever Baccarat piece for storing your caviar (as FZN does). #invited
Some deliveries? In honor of their recent opening in Dubai Harbor, Duo sent through a beautiful care package featuring truffles, luxury olive oil, and stunning water glasses. While Iβm still closest to the Dubai Hills location, I encourage you to visit β any time of day! MMI sent over a holiday box titled βPair with Flair,β which celebrates their recently launched wine subscription service. #gifted
Ahead of our Thanksgiving celebration today, I want to thank all of the companies Iβm working with to make our party extra special: the Westin Mina Sehyai for their incredible turkey and sides, Anitpodes (because even water can be elevated), First Crust (because Iβm serious about the quality of my pies), Jones the Grocer (because their cheese subscription is worth looking into), Drink Dry (with sparkling and non-alcoholic beer because everyone should be able to enjoy a party however they want to!) and MMI for an additional sponsorship of bottles for the party. #gifted

Best dishes in November? That's a tough one! I enjoyed a lot of incredible food this month. Overall, I liked the langoustine from FZN, the grilled Wagyu from Strawfire, and finally, the Kobako Crab Bara Chriashi from the Takahisa x SushiJin collab. Of course, Hampton Water, hosted by founder Jon Bon Jovi, gets all the bonus points. How about you? What were your favorite dishes this month?
