I donโt know about you, but I really loved the Eid break! It was our first time staying in town in a very long time, and I found the time so relaxing.
After a busy day at K9 Friends on Tuesday, I was excited to try Netsu on Wednesday. They are currently offering a fantastic wagyu omakase, which was perfect for four of us. It was clear the team knew exactly what they were doing, and, with a few of the signature dishes from the menu thrown in and a round of clever cocktails, we had a lovely evening, and there was plenty I would order again. #invited
On Friday, I made my way to Baoli (the only Michelin-rated beach restaurant in the Dubai 2025 guide). Although J1 is far, sometimes itโs fun to say yes to things, and the end-of-the-week lunch is one of my favorites. Well looked after by Chef Omar, there was plenty to love, including an off-menu scallop dish and a creatively plated smoked wagyu tarte. After lunch, I drove back up to the ARN studio to chat with Helen. And then over to Studio to chat with Chef Himanshu and the team.
