For those who celebrate, wishing you a blessed Eid.
While some may consider me biased, I genuinely believe the Tresind Studio x LivingRoom collaboration was one of the best. Chef Johannes and Chef Himanshu have very similar sensibilities, and it was a pleasure to be seated for the meal. I’m genuinely hopeful to see some of the dishes on future menus. #invited
And of course, on Monday, I had to take our visiting chefs to Orfali Bros. The tasting menu remains a complete winner, featuring original dishes, and I was delighted to try a few new-to-me plates. I was also happy to see that the nearby Three Bros Kitchen is almost (!) open. All this excitement in Wasl 51 makes me wish I lived a little closer. #invited
