Out for a quick visit to Bulgari as there was an exciting collab with some of the team from Jigger & Pony (based out of Singapore and #9 on the World’s 50 Best Bars list). Italian generosity was in full effect as I stopped in for a drink or two, and was treated to a round of small bites, including a heavenly crab and caviar dish from Chef Giacomo. #invited
Monday — two nights in a row! — featured another special collab, this time with Chefs Himanshu x Bernardo for a ‘Friends of Massimo’ (yes, of Bottura fame) dinner. I would absolutely look forward to a version of the Milano x Hyderbadi risotto on a future menu at Tresind Studio (just saying). #invited
On Wednesday, there was a belated dinner at SLS at 12 Chairs featuring a range of sustainably sourced caviar. While it’s definitely a higher price point, the experience is truly one of a kind. My favorite dish was an incredible caviar macaron (watch for it in my dishes of the month). Catch the video of our visit here. #invited
This was also a week of some delicious deliveries. Nifty Chef sent a selection of pastries and cakes (and are now available for delivery on most platforms). Reform also sent through a set of scones in honor of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. The Ossiano team generously sent through a personally signed Paco Morales cookbook from the event last week. And finally, Nadia from Melange sent through some of her cheese truffle pretzels, a beautiful baked gift! #gifted

This weekend will be a return to Time Out Market (Editor’s Table!), and our usual meal prep. Next week, I’ll be stepping out for the Himasnhu x Tala collab at Tresind Studio and trying some of the new dishes at folly.
