Another fabulous week of dining in Dubai.
On Tuesday I was able to attend the Tresind Studio x Fusions by Tala (Himanshu and Tala) four-hands dinner. What a treat! Both chefs showcased their respective talents while putting together a seamless menu. Fusions by Tala is on a very short list of places I need to visit in the near future. On Thursday, I finally made it to folly to try some of the new dishes that Chef Nick has been cooking up. folly is a classic for a reason, and I encourage you to stop in if it’s been a while. With a thoughtful drinks pairing and a creative approach, plan on booking a seat at the bar (and get ready for one of the best asparagus dishes you’ve ever had).
