As usual, Ossiano absolutely wowed. A genuinely masterful seafood-forward meal, Chefs Joan and Gregoire were in their element for this culinary collaboration, which was a treat to experience. Please check out the incredible meal here. #invited
After a busy day volunteering on Tuesday, I filmed new episodes for Dubai byFood with Dibba Bay on Wednesday and then at the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Centre for Cultural Understanding on Thursday. We’ve got some other upcoming episodes with locations and restaurants that I’m looking forward to. We plan to launch in August, so I’ll let you know when things start going live.
On Friday, I returned to the studio to chat with Punam on Dubai Eye and then went over to check into Ceasars Palace for two nights. Our stay will cover some of the best of what the property has to offer, and we’re really looking forward to a chilled-out weekend — Like a Caesar, of course. #invited
Thank you, teams Couqley and Soul Communications, for the lovely announcement of the Couqley en Provence menu, which I’ll need to check out soon! #gifted
