A week with a lot of time spent in front of the camera, both with DXB Today and Dubai Tourism.
On Tuesday night, the Bookers went to one of our favorite restaurants so far! Josette was positively vibing, and we (may have) abused the highly interactive ‘press for champagne’ button. Honestly, just go and order the savory mille-feuille as well as the aubergine. Chef Burcu is off to an amazing start, and we’re all already looking forward to our next visit. And yes, you will have to plan for a special trip to the bathrooms. Check out some of the highlights here. #invited
On Thursday, it was a busy and exciting day of filming with Chef Burcu and Chef Kelvin to finish my series for Dubai Tourism (coming soon). Post-production, I finally accepted an invitation to Ergo. Jimmy Barrat knows exactly what he’s doing, and I encourage serious cocktail aficionados to go and enjoy the experience. Afterward, I met up with the BonBons and headed up up up to Atmosphere. #invited
Some deliveries? How about Saroma wagyu from Prime Gourmet? Should you be interested, they are currently running a deal with 40% off Saroma A5 Wagyu bundles and 60% off on Saroma wagyu burgers (check out the link here). Also, Panchali was kind enough to gift me a Solace Spa at-home massage which was SO NEEDED. Please book this self-care ASAP. #gifted
Finally, I am once again a humble Dubai resident, asking for conferences to be held at the Expo site going forward rather than creating a hellscape of traffic and holding us all hostage for a week. 🙏
