ICYMI: highlights of my press trip to Mexico and Colombia.
On Sunday, our group had lunch at Humo Negro, then attended the four-hands dinner celebrating chefs Alvaro and AT, hosted at El Chato, a perfect finish to our time in Colombia.
On Monday, before my flight home, I accepted a late invitation Leo, which was an absolute treat — you’ll definitely want to check out my experience here. From there, I entered into a strange space-time continuum flying from Bogota to London to Dubai from Tuesday through Wednesday (and Thursday, if I’m being honest).
On Friday, I was over to Riverland to film our next episode of Dubai byFood! (Jet lag, I don’t know her).
The week didn’t finish without Dubai welcoming me back in style. The team at LDC Kitchen + Coffee has recently partnered with the incredible Nadia to create a series of desserts and cakes, including a delicious and beautiful carrot cake that was too easy to enjoy. #gifted

This weekend? Trying to beat down jet lag and enjoying/organizing our new kitchen. Walking on the golf course with Poppy and Hubs. Meal prep. In case you couldn’t tell, I am really craving a schedule.
Next week? Back to K9 on Monday and checking out one of the new new venues at the One & Only Zabeel. Otherwise, I’ll be editing and looking forward to hosting a fabulous pistachio event next Friday — hope to see a few of you there!
