A life administratively heavy week. Sometimes, it be like that. Basically, a lot of editing, a successful pitch I was happy to place, and some other behind-the-scenes action. Also, I’ve been asked by a local PR firm to host a best practices F&B industry lecture, and I’m so looking forward to the opportunity. I think a lot can be done from all sides of the industry to provide what we all want — correct coverage for clients, a better understanding of restaurants, and more people in venues.
