Since its opening, BRAVA has been The Bodrum EDITION’s vibrant spot to enjoy fine dining. Starting in the 2024 season, BRAVA is partnering up with Michelin-Starred Chef Stefano Ciotti, who is taking the helm to showcase the flavors of Italian cuisine. At the BRAVA Bar, cocktails are creatively elevated by both local and Italian flavors. To the hippy/natural vibes of Maçakızı, after two beautiful nights, I was ready to welcome the neutral, minimalist palette of The Edition. With a lush transfer (seriously, Dubai, what are you doing with boring and regular taxis?) between properties, we were greeted with champagne and specialty ice cream in the Le Labo-scented lobby.
