I purposely group these two restaurants, as Chef Ton is at the head of both (and really, I’m spoiled for Bangkok content, and it doesn’t need to take over my feed for months). Departing from the Public House, we made our way across town (which actually wasn’t terrible???), and we arrived at the stunning Nusara. In a former hostel (!), the restaurant now takes up all five floors, overlooking where the Reclining Buddha rests, dramatically lit up with lights and lightning the night of our visit. On arrival, guests will enjoy a welcome in the lobby before moving throughout the space (and most likely ending the evening with drinks at the charming Nuss Bar, a hip, attached bar I wish we had more of in Dubai).
I could discuss each dish, but for these meals, I will focus on the highs and lows. Ultimately, Chef Ton clearly understands Thai flavors and exceptional presentation.
