In Dubai, it's basically a factor of our daily lives to embrace change. Restaurants and venues switch owners, change hands, move on, close down, or become something new. Sometimes these moves work; other times, they leave us wanting for the restaurant that came before.
I've known for some time that Tresind Studio was ready to open in a larger venue, and I did wonder what the Passion F&B Group would do with the vacated space. With so many lovely meals and memories in the Studio, would the dining room revert to Tresind? Or become something new? Fortunately, we didn't have to wait long for the latest chapter.
Enter, Avatara.
The restaurant's concept is vegetarian fine dining, something not yet seen in Dubai (and, I would argue, in many cities).
