A week off... ☀️

Hi team, and warm greetings from the US! I’m taking this week off, but I will be back next Tuesday (and the weekly Saturday links will go ahead as usual). I’ve been keeping a solid pace in 2026 so far, and a short respite seems okay. I hope to return with some wonderful restaurants to tell you about from the States. Of course, there is plenty to go back and read (and I’m always open to suggestions).
