As many of you will undoubtedly recognize, BOCA is one of my favorite F&B homes in Dubai. It’s a location I’m forever delighted to visit, as I know there will be favorite dishes, industry-leading sustainable practices, fun vibes, and an excellent wine selection. With a transition in the kitchen over the summer, I was happy to accept an invitation to check out what Chef Patricia had cooked up and understand how the menu had changed.
The new menu — which does take into account some of the previous classic dishes — speaks to the background and talent of the chef. There is also a more profound emphasis placed on the sustainability journey of BOCA, something I wish other restaurants would strongly consider.
