A tale of new seasons (III).

Ossiano*, #4 World's 50 Best MENA, 87th World's 50 Best Restaurants.

In the span of approximately ten days, I had the opportunity to visit several of the best restaurants in Dubai, including Ossiano. The new season — 𝑬𝒔𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒆 — represents Chef Gregoire’s culinary journey and unique F&B experiences worldwide. Upon arrival, guests are now greeted with a special themed drink and a small snack in the lounge. This choice aligns with other global Michelin experiences, and I’m happy to see the change. While we’re sat (there is a bit of coordination before entering the first experience), I think there is an opportunity to upsell to diners. While I understand why we’re waiting to start the meal (spoilers ahead), I do believe the team is leaving money on the table (champagne trolley, I know you are antiquated, but I wouldn’t mind seeing you!).
