A tale of new seasons (II).

Tresind Studio**, #11 World's 50 Best Restaurants, #2 MENA's 50 Best Restaurants 2023.

With the recent launch of Rising India — the latest season at Tresind Studio — the degustation was (of course) high on my list of restaurants to visit. Also, this was my first official visit since the restaurant was awarded its #11 designation on the World’s 50 Best Restaurant List, a fact I’m still excited by. Greeted on arrival by Vipin with our preferred drinks (a Cosmo for me and an Old Fashioned for Eric), we are also given the best seat in the house — a two-top directly in front of the open kitchen. As with the previous recent seasons, the degustation remains an exploration of India. Furthermore, as many times as I’ve had the generous opportunity to visit Tresind Studio, I continue to enjoy learning about geographies, ingredients, and recipes that I would not usually have the chance to try (especially at this level).
