Dear Tresind Studio,

First of all, please accept my sincere thank you for the previous seasons, delicious meals, unforgettable nights, and the global lineup of talented chefs you brought into the kitchen over the past year.

Let me start by saying that I love how every meal at the Studio feels elevated. I think this was my fifth visit this year, and the experience is always memorable. Another detail I enjoy? The beautiful pani puri, a beloved tradition — changes slightly every season — to start the meal. I was fortunate to be joined by someone who had never been to the Studio before, and seeing this course through her eyes was something special. In fact, I often prefer to go with people who have never been before, just so I can witness their reactions.
